Looking at this site ---------------- and wondering if the new picture of my son and grandson’s would turn out ok, I thought I would call and ask. Was pleased to hear the response and that they would try different avenues and let me know. When I first saw the picture on the site I had tears in my eyes (but they were tears of joy) I couldn’t contain myself as I thought if only my mum & dad were here to see it. I didn’t know what I wanted but I wanted something to stand out and Charlie whom I spoke with guided me through everything, even adding the little feet / frame and all. Upon everything being done couldn’t wait to get the picture in the mail. Superb packaging, everything intact and nothing damaged. Oh, my goodness there are not enough words to describe how my experience was with this company and how everything turned out, thumbs up and I give it all 100%.
